There's a chance the Los Angeles Rams could be without their No. 3 receiver in Week 13, but not because of injury.
Morning on suspicion of drunk driving after being pulled over on US-101 going more than 100 mph. Robinson exhibited “objective signs and symptoms of alcohol impairment that led to his arrest.”
Police released Robinson on Monday, but his status for Sunday's game against the Saints has yet to be determined. Sean McVay told reporters Tuesday that he spoke with Robinson about the arrest and he hasn't decided whether the receiver will play this weekend.
“We’ll see,” he said. “I want to be able to gather all the relevant information before committing to something one way or another. I know we brought this to the attention of the league. There is a process that they go through and then I will have more information for you as I receive the relevant facts and deal with the matter in the manner that we believe is most consistent with how we operate.”
McVay said he believes Robinson “has a good heart and would never harbor ill intentions,” adding that it was a decision that was “not consistent with the things we want to accomplish.”

“I believe Demarcus has a good heart and would never harbor any ill intentions,” McVay said. “Obviously there was a decision that was not consistent with the things we want to achieve. I know he felt remorseful about it, but I think it's good that we haven't had many conversations like that. I am grateful that no one was injured or harmed. I think this is a credit to the people and the things around them. I don't think that makes him a terrible person. I think he made a bad decision and we are fortunate that nothing else happened as it only negatively impacted others or himself from a general safety and health perspective.”
The Rams play the Saints on Sunday afternoon in New Orleans. If Robinson doesn't play, opportunities open up for both Tutu Atwell and Tyler Johnson at wide receiver, with Jordan Whittington potentially getting a handful of snaps as well.
