In aviation, we specifically don't fly directly behind aircraft in high drag configurations (takeoff, maneuvers, landing) because of the wake turbulence. It will literally stall you, like the video, pick up parked light aircraft, and cause losses of control with helicopters. Same idea for high drag lmp cars, he was in his wake
