Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland, who died by suicide in November, has been diagnosed with CTE posthumously, his family has announced. Kneeland’s family donated his brain for research following his death, and the Boston University CTE Center made the diagnosis, ESPN reports.
