The Cleveland Browns are bringing linebacker Jordan Hicks back into the starting lineup this week after missing the last three games before the bye week.
However, speaking to the media on Wednesday, the veteran linebacker revealed that his elbow and triceps were damaged was much worse than initially reported. Hicks, who avoided being placed on injured reserve, that he spent two nights in the hospital after the loss to the New York Giants.
Hicks then stated that he had suffered broken ribs in addition to his elbow and triceps this season, but told himself to “keep the tank empty” to play through the ailments. However, it became too much to play through, but he will return this week against the New Orleans Saints.
for Hicks in his absence and now moves to WILL linebacker for Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, who will miss the next three games after being placed on IR.
