According to multiple reports, Grier will join one of his former teams, the Dallas Cowboys, as an offensive assistant. This comes after he reportedly turned down a position on Brian Schottenheimer’s coaching staff earlier this year. Grier made that move to sign with the Carolina Panthers in April.
