Offensively, it's the usual suspects, although it was encouraging to see David Njoku get a season-high in snaps despite his lackluster production. The elements and the game script also created an ideal scenario who recorded his highest workload and snap percentage despite playing one more game with a higher total snap count.
The defense was interesting to watch as several injuries and changes changed the depth chart. Veteran Ogbo Okoronkwo was the beneficiary of the Za'Darius Smith trade, as he now starts on the team's first defensive line opposite Myles Garrett. Speaking of which, Garrett clearly felt the fire ignited by his excitement about playing against TJ Watt as he hit the ground running with three sacks and a forced fumble.
Jordan Hicks continued his role as starting linebacker after returning to health in his second game back from injury. He didn't oust Mohamoud Diabate, however, as his snap total has only dipped slightly since Hicks' return.
It was a back-and-forth season for Denzel Ward, but he delivered his highest snap count game of the season and was a key reason he hindered the Steelers' passing attack. Like Delpit, Martin Emerson continued his high snap count pace with another strong game.
