According to a report by Sports Tak, ICC has asked the Pakistan cricket Board to agree to a hybrid model but the PCB chief is not willing to do so.
If PCB continues to reject the hybrid model of hosting the Indian games in Dubai, the entire Champions Trophy will be shifted to South Africa.
