The IPL (Indian Premier League) 2025 mega auction concluded on November 25 in Jeddah after two days of negotiations. Several superstars have been signed by major franchises ahead of the tournament's new season. From Arshdeep Singh and Jos Buttler to 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, every type of player was available for teams to purchase at the auction.

Apart from the big names, there were several players who had never represented India in international cricket, but due to their domestic performances, the teams got into a bidding war for their services.

Let's take a look at these three uncapped Indian players:

24-year-old all-rounder Naman Dhir was one player who created quite a bidding war at the IPL 2025 mega auction. For a player with no cap, the player's base price in the event started at INR 30 Lakh. The bidding began with Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Mumbai Indians.

Additionally, Delhi Capitals joined the bidding war at a price of INR 1.3 crore, followed by Rajasthan Royals. In the end, the Royals won the bid for INR 3.4 crore, which led to MI raising the RTM paddle and Dhir eventually went to Mumbai Indians for INR 5.25 crore. In seven IPL games played, Naman Dhir has scored 140 runs and is hoping to get some more playing time in IPL 2025.
