NEW DELHI: India's ODI and Test captain Rohit Sharma and his wife Ritika Sajdeh have named their newborn son Ahaan. The couple had their second child in November of this year.
Ritika revealed the baby's name in a Christmas-themed Instagram Story, offering fans a glimpse into her growing family.
The Indian captain is currently in Canberra with the team and is taking part in a practice match against the Australian Prime Minister's team at the Manuka Oval. He will rejoin the squad for the second Test in Adelaide, a pink-ball day-night game starting December 6 at the Adelaide Oval.
Rohit had earlier shared a FRIENDS-inspired animation to announce the arrival of her son. The post featured him, Ritika, their daughter Samaira and the newborn with the caption: “FAMILY – the one in which we four are.”
