THE BALTIMORE RAVENS
Now that is more like this, Ravens. A week after the defeat against the SteelersBaltimore recovered from a 10-0 deficit to take the lead Chargers, 30-23, a truly impressive performance.
The Ravens (8-4) were at their best for much of the final three quarters.
- Lamar Jackson threw for 177 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a score. Entering Monday, Jackson now has 22 career passing touchdowns and zero interceptions.
- Derrick Henry rumbled to 140 yards and Justice Hill As a finishing touch, he added a 51-yard touchdown run.
- The defense has done a good job and improved over the last two weeks; Justin Herbert didn't have a touchdown for the second time this season.
- Baltimore beat Los Angeles (7:4) that season AFC Wild Card Race.
But what I liked best are the Ravens they tried on fourth-and-1 at their own 16-yard line End of the first half… and converted. Four plays later, Jackson threw a 46-yard touchdown Rashod Batemanand Baltimore never lagged behind after that.
Since 2012, no team had converted a fourth down so deep in their own territory in the first half of a game Arieswho did it with a fake punt. I love the aggressiveness. If you believe your team can get yards elsewhere on the field, why not believe it there too? And what's the worst that can happen if you don't get it? You're 10 behind at halftime instead of three? If that means a death sentence to your team's chances of winning, you don't have a very good team anyway.
And big brother still rules: John Harbaugh improved to 3-0 against Jim.

๐ Predicting tonight's College Football Playoff rankings after a whirlwind weekend
We're less than two weeks away from figuring out the College Football Playoff field, and figuring out what it might look like is nearly impossible. But that never deterred Brad Crawford, and his latest projection includes 10 seed changes. I won't give everything away, but here's what I noticed:
- Two ACC teams: projected conference champions SMU (No. 3 seeds) and Miami (No. 11 seeds)
- Three SEC teams, two of which dropped out from last week and one new that joined
- Ohio State (No. 1 seeds) and Boise State (Seed #4) remains standing
And what about Notre Dame? Are the Fighting Irish a decoy? Richard Johnson says the show will forever grapple with its “overrated” reputation, but this year's outfit have done it actually impressed as I flew under the radar.
But the prevailing thought in Dennis Dodd's mind is that the first playoffs will be with 12 teams littered with teams performing below championship level.
- Dodd: โWith a week to go before the end of the regular season, it has become clear that the CFP does not deserve itself. …Throughout the CFP era has Teams with three losses would have been in a 12-team groupbut no one told us that there would be so many applicants that it would sound like that โBeep, beep, beep.โ of a garbage truck at dawn. … We are now almost looking for volunteers to fill the field. After Saturday, most of that falls to the SEC.โ

โฝ UEFA Champions League Matchday 5: Bayern Munich vs. PSG is coming up
We continue the action in the UEFA Champions League today, headlined by a big one: PSGwhich has only got four points in four games and is in 25th place Rankingfaces a massive away test against the German power Bayern Munich. Bayern have also been up and down in UCL play, picking up just six points in four games. It's a strange position for both clubs, usually among the best in Europe.
Our experts are dividedand Jonathan Johnson prefers…
- Johnson: “Bayern 1-2 PSG — Luis EnriqueThe Parisians urgently need to win Vincent KompanyBayern remain difficult to predict in Europe. PSG are generally better when their backs are against the wall, while their absence from the Parc des Princes probably suits the French champions. The Germans wonโt want to be overtaken by Paris, so expect a game where both sides score.โ
BarcelonaMeanwhile, he is in for a surprise surprise Brest Team that is currently in fourth place Ranking with three wins and one draw. Jonathan has one preview two of the top teams in the table compete against each other.
