Croatia will return to the calendar during the 2026 season after securing a multi-year contract. Asphalt testing made his league debut in 2021and became a regular venue hosting four editions of the event, before losing its place for 2025, as the category’s promoter was in talks to renew it.

It will add a new sporting challenge to the ERC, and we believe it will attract not only our regular ERC competitors, but perhaps also some WRC teams.

The introduction of Croatia to the WRC calendar for 2026 ensures that there will be at least four asphalt events, joining Monte Carlo, Canary Islands and Japanthe latter with a new contract of three additional years.
