Kalle Rovanpera I already believe that “recharged” himself and was fully prepared to return to full-time competition inside starting next year after exploring automotive possibilities this season.
The double world champion the decision to compete part-time in the WRC this year came as a surpriseas he wanted to temporarily reduce his activities after his second consecutive world title.
However, the official driver of has continued to be a key player for the Japanese brand in the WRC this season, having claimed four wins from its seven outings in Kenya, Poland, Latvia and Chile.
Outside of rallies, the 24-year-old makes the most of his free time with various activities, such as derivative and a successful test in circuit racing. He took part in the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux, where he achieved two victories, at Imola and at the Red Bull ring.
When Rovanpera made the decision to race part-time this year, he has assured that he will return to the WRC full-time in 2025 with Toyota.
In the declarations to at Monza during the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia, Rovanpera said he was ready to tackle a full 14-round WRC season next year.
“I think my batteries have been recharged, yes,” Rovanpera said. “I’m ready to come back and race a full season, even if it will be even longer and more difficult.”

Although Rovanpera is ready to return to rallying full-time, he is willing to continue competing on circuits in the future.
“As for plans for 2025, I will definitely do the whole WRC season with Toyota. I will come back to do the whole season, yes,” he added. “After that, I still don't know anything about a possible circuit racing program. I would certainly like to do it.”
Rovanpera's participation in Monza this weekend follows his WRC victory in Chile, a triumph which helped Toyota reignite its fight for the constructors' title after narrowing the lead of Hyundai at 17 points with only two tests remaining.
Toyota will not be able to count on Rovanpera during the penultimate round of the season, the Central European Rally (which takes place from October 17 to 20).
The team will have four registered: Elfyn Evans, Takamoto Katsuta, Sébastien Ogier And .
Nevertheless, Rovanpera has confirmed his participation in the Killarney Historic Rallyin Ireland (November 30), where he will swap his Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 for a rear-wheel drive Toyota Starlet.
