The Buffalo Bills had a welcome sight this week at practice before their game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Bills (8-2) will be without linebacker Matt Milano against the Chiefs (9-0). However, it was announced that the 30-year-old was destined to return this week from injured reserve due to biceps problems early in the season.
While Milano will not be healthy enough to face Kansas City, this move opened up Milano's 21-day practice window. On Thursday, Milano practiced with his Buffalo teammates for the first time in weeks, which was still a welcome sight.
Clips of Milano's training at his first training session can be found below:
Welcome back, Matt Milano

Matt Milano was back in training. We already know he won't play on Sunday. But based on how much he did in his first full practice, it wouldn't surprise me to see him back for the 49ers game after the bye week
