The Bills (9-2) and 49ers (5-6) meet, with trends trending in different directions lately. The Bills are on a six-game winning streak while the Niners have lost their last two.
Even though Buffalo is the favorite to win, there are always a few things that make winning difficult each week. Bills must be wary of them.

Even though the Bills have a week off to rest in Week 12, they still have a few question marks regarding their pass catchers. Rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman Due to his wrist injury, tight end Dalton Kincaid was unable to practice due to his injury .
Kincaid missed the last outing while Coleman missed the last two.
The Bills did well without them in their win over the Chiefs last week, but it will make things even more difficult in the future if they can't be there. Guys like receiver Curtis Samuel and tight end Dawson Knox stepped up last week, but those two haven't been weapons the team has relied on this year.
The Niners' playmakers on offense

Even though the Niners' offense is sub-.500, there are still a handful of players who can pull off explosive plays at any time. Regardless of whether quarterback Brock Purdy is healthy enough to play Sunday or not, the team will have plenty of options for whoever is QB.
Running back Christian McCaffrey and receiver Deebo Samuel are guys who can hurt you in a variety of ways. Tight end George Kittle may be the best overall tight end in the NFL. And WR Jawuan Jennings has come along in Brandon Aiyuk's absence. He has four games with over 85 receiving yards this year.
The Niners score the fourth-most points per game in the NFL. The Bills defense will have its hands full at every level.
The Niners desperately need a win

At 5-6 and with two losses in a row, the Niners are in desperation mode at the start of Week 13. They are currently in last place in the NFC West and have made things difficult in terms of tiebreakers because they are 1-3 in division games.
The Bills usually face the best version of their opponents, as they have been one of the better teams in the league for a few years, but they should expect to face the very best version of a team that reached the Super Bowl last year. The Bills are undefeated (7-0) after a bye under head coach Sean McDermott, but this will be a big test against a team that desperately needs a win.
