Phillips signed in Buffalo again in early November after being released by the Dallas Cowboys.
When he returned to the Bills, Phillips brought back his longstanding tradition.
In the past, Phillips has worn a thick puffer jacket under his uniform during late-season workouts. Most will remember this… and it's back.
