Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady didn't go into that good night calmly after taking a powerful hit from former New York Giants signal-caller Eli Manning.
Brady initially posted a photo of himself catching a large fish, which was quickly followed by a reply and a picture of Manning holding up an even larger fish.
“Sweet minnow, Tom!” Manning posted on .
Brady, probably still feeling the pain of the two Super Bowls he lost to Manning, came back and swung one to the fences .
“Do you use a helmet to catch?” Brady asked.
The comment was an apparent reference to former Giants receiver David Tyree's helmet catch near the end of Super Bowl XLII. This play kept the winning streak alive and helped the Giants win the championship and ruin the Patriots' perfect season.
Brady and Manning are now friends after both retiring from the sport, but as has been seen over the years, they aren't afraid to give each other a subtle dig from time to time.
