The New England Patriots were 34-15 against the AFC East division rival Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
It was a game in which the Patriots dominated on both sides of the ball. The Dolphins finished the game with 373 total yards of offense, including an average of 5.7 yards per play. Offensively, they could seemingly do whatever they wanted. The team scored 24 points in the first half alone.
Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle had a great game, recording eight catches for 144 yards and a touchdown.
Patriots fans were clearly not happy with the performance. Some blamed the coaching staff for the loss, while others accepted that this wasn't the year for New England. Here are some of the best reactions from social media:
