With just under 5:00 minutes left in the second quarter, defensive tackle DJ Davidson, who was already dealing with a shoulder injury, fell and was treated by medical staff. He was listed as questionable to return but did not see the field again.
Nose tackle Dexter Lawrence left the game and went to the locker room midway through the third quarter with an apparent elbow injury. He was ejected in the fourth quarter.
