New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson isn't going down without a fight.
Wilson knows the look. The Jets are 3-8 and the playoffs are out of the picture.
But he still motivates himself… even if they are personal goals.
“I want to find a way to get to a thousand (yards),” Wilson told the “Up & Adams” show. “I want to get there and of course win games.”
Sound self-centered? Well, based on the way New York interim coach Jeff Ulbrich spoke, that's not the case. Ulbrich thinks… Wilson is right.
“There is not another Garrett on this earth,” Ulbrich said via video conference. “The way it separates, the movement.”
Wilson is on track to reach those numbers. He has 69 catches for 722 and five touchdowns.
Will he hit that? Time will tell.
