Jeff Ulbrich, head coach of the New York Jets, provided information on the question of whether or not Aaron Rodgers will remain his team's starting quarterback in the future.
Most recently the Jets (3-9) to the Seattle Seahawks. Rodgers and New York's offense failed in the final.
After the defeat, interim coach Jeff Ulbrich became remains his starter. Ulbrich said “as of now” Rodgers is still QB1, which left some room for interpretation.
Now it's clear: Rodgers isn't going anywhere.
“No,” Ulbrich said when asked about Rodgers being a weekly starter, “he’s our quarterback.”
“We have a lot of confidence in Aaron, we really do,” Ulbrich added. “We think he gives us the best chance to win.”
The Jets next face the Miami Dolphins (5-7) in Week 14.
