It wasn't a good day to play for New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, thanks to Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Leonard Williams on Sunday.
In one For his team in Week 13, Williams played a big role in knocking Rodgers down a few times – both on and off the field.
Rodgers threw a pick-six interception to the former Jet in the loss. Then Williams added insult to injury after the competition.
Before the loss to the Seahawks (7-5), the Jets (3-9) had theirs . After this time out, Rodgers said several times that he was physically fine. Williams didn't see it that way.
As he broke down his takeaway, Williams noted that Rodgers may have fumbled the poor pass due to his age.
“I think he's an older guy,” Williams said, “who doesn't want to take big hits like that anymore. So when you feel like the guy's coming at him full speed, he throws off and ducks.”
After this “duck,” Williams made his “big man interception.”
