The Cowboys waived Henry on Saturday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
The 25-year-old former Clemson defensive end got snaps in two games with Dallas this season and played primarily on special teams.
Henry recorded 19 tackles (14 solo), two pass defenses and 1.5 sacks in 10 games during his 2023 rookie season with Washington.
