Williams founded his foundation, Caleb Cares, to create meaningful opportunities for youth through empowerment. In 2024, he committed to bringing more than 60 children to every Bears home game, with most children and teenagers coming from Chicago's South Side. His foundation provides transportation, a packed lunch and a Williams jersey to every child who attends a game.
The nonprofit organization also recognizes students who model kindness and respect with the Caleb Cares Hero Award. This anti-bullying initiative has made a significant impact and awards ceremonies are now held in Los Angeles, Washington, DC and Chicago. Hero Award recipients are honored with a custom backpack, iPad Pro and other prizes, fostering a culture of empathy and respect among young people.
When Williams took off his USC jersey during halftime of a game against Notre Dame in Los Angeles on Nov. 30, he arranged to share the experience with children from a Boys & Girls Club in California.
The children started the day by visiting a technology center where they took part in hands-on activities that combined innovation with sport. The group then headed to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where they met with Williams and enjoyed VIP courtside access during pregame warmups.
