Browns workout former Chiefs OT Lucas Niang one other

The Cleveland Browns welcomed two players to practice, including former Kansas City Chiefs third-round pick and offensive tackle Lucas Niang.

Listed at 6-foot-6 and 315 pounds, Niang for the Chiefs during the 2021 season with varying degrees of success. He served as a swing tackle in his final two seasons in Kansas City. He was drafted 96th in 2020 from TCU, the same year the Browns took Jedrick Wills in the first round.

He won two championships with the Chiefs but was released this offseason and re-signed to the practice squad, but was released from Kansas City's practice squad last week.
