What to know from Packers first injury report of Week 11 vs Bears

The Green Bay Packers released the team's initial injury report for Week 14 on Monday. The team will release two additional injury reports on Wednesday, including a final injury report with official game status information ahead of Thursday night's showdown with the Detroit Lions.

Here's everything you need to know from the Packers' initial injury report of Week 14:

Who didn't take part?

Three players did not practice on Monday, including one surprise. Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (hamstring) and cornerback Corey Ballentine (knee) did not practice for the second straight day (the Packers practiced Sunday). However, the Packers were also without starting left tackle Elgton Jenkins, and that was no respite for the veterans. He has a knee injury and didn't participate at all on Monday.

Are there any new injuries you should know about?

Jenkins' knee injury appears to be new and is something to keep an eye on for the rest of the week. Ballentine injured his knee in the opener last Thursday night and did not return. The Packers announced that Josh Jacobs was limited due to a calf injury that he did not deal with last week. Defensive lineman Arron Mosby was evaluated for a concussion last week but was fully active Monday. Defensive lineman Colby Wooden was again limited with a shoulder injury after not being listed on the injury report last week.

Which injured players should you watch out for this week?

Cornerback Jaire Alexander returned to practice Sunday and was available again Tuesday, potentially opening the door for his return. Receiver Romeo Doubs practiced on a limited basis but still hasn't officially cleared concussion protocol. Cooper could be at risk of missing his third straight game, while Jenkins will need to be monitored on Tuesday and Wednesday.

What to know from the Lions injury report?

The Lions have six players listed and four did not practice Monday. Left tackle Taylor Decker (knee), defensive end Josh Paschal (knee), defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike (hamstring) and defensive lineman DJ Reader (shoulder) were unavailable. Cornerback Carlton Davis (knee) was limited. The Lions' injured reserve players include defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, linebacker Malcolm Rodriquez, linebacker Alex Anzalone, cornerback Ennis Rakestraw, linebacker Derrick Barnes, defensive end John Cominsky, defensive end Marcus Davenport, linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin, safety Ifeatu Melifonwu, receiver Kalif Raymond and defensive lineman Mekhi Wingo.
