The latest season of “Hard Knocks” premiered Tuesday night on HBO, and while all four AFC North teams were featured, one man stole the show. Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin showed exactly why so many Steelers fans love him, and we bet he won over many critics too.
Watching Tomlin interact with wide receiver George Pickens and edge rusher Nick Herbig gave everyone a great behind-the-scenes look at why so many players want to come to Pittsburgh and will run through a wall for him.
Tomlin even opened the Thanksgiving team meeting by opening his home to any players who had nowhere to go for the holiday.
2024 marks Tomlin's 18th season as head coach of the Steelers. It is also his 18th consecutive season without a losing record. During his tenure with the Steelers, Tomlin has a 182-102-2 record, made the playoffs 11 times and won one Super Bowl.
