In a league where any team can win on any given week, the Pittsburgh Steelers continue to find ways to do so. Despite very modest preseason projections, the Steelers are 8-2 after 11 weeks and atop the AFC North.
But with every team that has success, critics try to find ways to compensate for that success. The Steelers' criticism so far has been directed at the strength of Pittsburgh's game plan.
However, if you take just a few minutes to look at the current state of the NFL, it becomes clear that this argument does not hold water.
Of the Steelers' eight wins, five have come against teams that currently have a winning record: The Baltimore Ravens, Washington Commanders, Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Chargers are all over .500. No other team can claim to have beaten five teams with winning records this season.
