The Tampa Bay Buccaneers front office now has a higher risk than others of losing one of their key players after he was recalled for a second interview with the Tennessee Titans. The Titans, who are based in the basement of the AFC South, have the first pick in the NFL Draft in April.
Bucs assistant general manager John Spytek will be recalled for a second interview with the team after completing an initial interview last week. NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported on the second interview as well as others that are generating interest in the job.
The #Titans are bringing back several candidates for the second round of interviews for their vacant GM position, including:
— #Boss assistant GM Mike Borgonzi
— #Bucs assistant GM John Spytek
— #Bears assistant GM Ian CunninghamThere will be several others. A very good list so far.

The interviews are expected to take place this week. A decision is expected to be made before Shrine Bowl practices begin Jan. 25 in Frisco, Texas. Most teams are looking to have front office moves completed before the All-Star round begins for draft purposes, especially considering the Titans have the first pick in the draft.
