The Tennessee Titans finished a disappointing 3-14 season in which nothing seemed to be going right. Now that the offseason begins, they have a lot of questions to answer, especially after firing general manager Ran Carthon.
There is no doubt that the team had flaws and the squad lacked depth and talent in many positions. However, there were still some bright spots between the dismal performances. Even some of the bright spots came from one of their worst units: special teams.
While kicker Nick Folk was great and gave the impression of being a player who had found the fountain of youth, punter Ryan Stonehouse accomplished something that had never been done before.

Stonehouse had a great season after returning from injury, although the coverage and protection units were consistently subpar. On 73 punts, he averaged 50.6 yards per punt with 22 yards inside the 20 yards and was one of the most consistent players on the squad.
He is a restricted free agent this offseason and a player the Titans should definitely retain once a new general manager is found.
