The Tennessee Titans achieved their biggest victory of 2024 with a 32:27 victory over the Houston Texans and are well on their way.
As they begin preparing for week 13, they received some good news from a health perspective. On Monday, head coach Brian Callahan announced that the team was opening the 21-day practice window for cornerback Chidobe Awuzie to potentially return from injured reserve.
Awuzie, who was placed on injured reserve before Week 4 with a groin injury, can now work his way back into the lineup in a secondary that has been plagued by injuries this season.
The window will open for Chido Awuzie to return to training.

The potential return of Awuzie could provide a huge boost to the secondary during route running. While young players Jarvis Brownlee Jr. and Darrell Baker Jr. have played well, adding a veteran of Awuzie's caliber at this point in the season will help offset the loss of L'Jarius Sneed to his quadriceps injury.
2024 was a disappointment for Awuzie, who signed a three-year, $36 million contract during his free agency. The veteran was brought in along with Sneed to solidify the unit and give the Titans one of the better cornerback tandems in the league. Unfortunately, that plan only lasted three games before Awuzie was sidelined with a groin injury.
With Brownlee and Baker playing well, the Titans don't need to push Awuzie back onto the roster, and Callahan warned he may not be activated for Week 13. But the sooner he gets back, the better. The Titans need all the healthy bodies they can get.
