The Denver Broncos are 7-5 after 12 weeks, and one of the main reasons for their surprising success has been the solid play of the quarterbacks.

Broncos quarterback Bo Nix had another turnover-free performance against the Las Vegas Raiders, going 25 of 42 for 272 yards and two scores, both of which were thrown to wide receiver Courtland Sutton.

Following this performance, Nix was nominated for the Rookie of the Week award on NFL.com. Nix was one of six players on both sides of the ball nominated for the award.

The other nominees are as follows:

  • Commander QB Jayden Daniels (25 of 38 (65.8%) for 275 yards, 2 touchdowns; 74 rushing yards, rushing touchdown)
  • Bears QB Caleb Williams (32 of 47 (68.1%) for 340 yards, 2 touchdowns, 103.1 rating; 33 rushing yards)
  • Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving (151 scrimmage yards (87 rushing, 64 receiving), rushing TD)
  • Dolphins LB Hack Robinson (4 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 2 PDs)
  • Titans CB Jarvis Brownlee Jr. (4 tackles, INT, 3 PDs, TFL)

This is Nix's fifth Rookie of the Week nomination this season. After struggling early in the season, Nix improved week to week and was one of the Broncos' vocal leaders as the year progressed.

Fans have until Thursday morning to vote for Nix NFL.com.
