The Chargers defeated the Falcons 17-13. It wasn't particularly offensive as Justin Herbert was sacked five times. Only 187 total yards of offense were gained. But the defense stepped up, hitting Kirk Cousins four times, including one by Tarheeb Still that was returned to the end zone.
The Chiefs, meanwhile, pull off another improbable victory, beating the Raiders by a score of 19-17. Las Vegas got within reach of a game-winning field goal with 15 seconds left, but botched the snap on its final offensive play.
Los Angeles and Kansas City last played at SoFi Stadium in Week 4 and the Chiefs won 17-10.
Sunday's contest between the Chargers and Chiefs begins at 5:20 p.m. PT and will be televised on NBC.
