The Los Angeles Rams picked up a much-needed win against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday afternoon, rebounding from a 37-20 loss in Week 12. deficit and scored 21 points in the second half to secure a win for the Saints and improve their record to 6-6 on the year.
With five games to go, the Rams are still in the playoff race and are just one game behind the division lead, which is currently held by the Seahawks at 7-5.
The Rams face a big test against the Bills in Week 14, facing a 10-2 team that has won seven straight and scored at least 30 points in six straight games. If they can somehow defeat the Bills, the Rams will be in even better shape heading into the final stretch.

Through Week 13, the Rams are in 10th place in the conference. They're at 20% heading into the final five games, so they're not close to securing a spot in the postseason.
What keeps their chances lower is the fact that their clearest path to the playoffs is via a division title, as they are two games behind the Commanders for the final wild card spot and the Bucs and Cardinals are also ahead of LA in the standings.
The Seahawks and Cardinals play each other in Week 14, so the best-case scenario is that Arizona and the Rams both win, leaving them in a three-way tie for first place in the NFC West at 7-6.
However, if both the Seahawks and Rams win, Seattle will remain one game ahead. The Rams have already beaten the Seahawks once, meaning their Week 18 showdown could be for the division title.
