With the San Francisco 49ers defensive line already limited due to injuries, another important part of the interior defensive line is dealing with an early injury against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football.
Defensive tackle Kevin Givens left the game in the first half with a pectoral injury. After entering the blue medical tent in Buffalo and leaving the sideline toward the locker room, Givens is officially listed as questionable due to a chest injury.
