Buffalo 30, San Francisco 20: The return of starting quarterback Brock Purdy provides an early boost, but the absence of left tackle Trent Williams and left guard Aaron Banks are likely to cause problems at some point.
Defensively, San Francisco has even more to worry about. Defensive end Nick Bosa, defensive tackle Jordan Elliott, linebacker Dre Greenlaw and cornerback Deommodore Lenoir are all out.
Ultimately, the multitude of injuries is too much to overcome against one of the NFL's best.
