Former Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is clearly showing his desire to get back into coaching. In It was announced at the end of December Carroll was interested in the Bears' top job, even recently has completed an interview with Chicago. Now another team is inquiring about Carroll's potential services.
NFL insider Ian Rapoport revealed that the Las Vegas Raiders will interview Carroll on Monday. This is the second team Carroll will be able to interview with in this current cycle.

As I've mentioned several times, Carroll's greatest strengths include building a winning culture and creating stability. If the Chicago Bears have lacked these qualities, then the Raiders certainly haven't had them in over two decades.
There are currently six teams looking for head coaches, including the Dallas Cowboys, who have announced they are parting ways with them Mike McCarthy. With so many teams looking for their next guy and Carroll having already interviewed twice, this could bode well for his return to the NFL… even if McCarthy is now in the mix as well.
