WWE Hall of Famer John Layfield would fight both Logan Paul and Conor McGregor for $250 million.
Layfield, better known as JBL from his time in WWE, also admitted to being a fan of Paul, but that didn't stop him from wanting to fight him too.
The 58-year-old has had some of the most famous rivals in WWE history, alternating with the likes of Rey Mysterio, CM Punk and Shawn Michaels during his 17-year in-ring career.
He held the WWE Championship for 280 days in 2004 and now works as an ambassador and commentator for the company.
“God bless them, I would fight,” Layfield continued What did they think? with Gerald Brisco.
“I would fight both of them for $250 million. I would fight Mr. Brisco for $250 million.”
“I lost to him a million times. I would lose again. I love it. I think it's great. I think the Paul brothers are awesome.”
This follows a Bombshell announcement in December by McGregor, who claimed he had made “tentative arrangements” with India’s billionaire Ambani family to box Paul in their home country.
Then he added fuel to the fire by posting an Indian flag and heart emoji in response to an article that claimed he had agreed to fight Paul at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai for $500 million.
The 36 year old also confirmed the nine-figure amount He would receive for fighting the YouTuber turned WWE superstar, writing on X: “$250,000,000 I get.”
However, Paul has since stated that he was 100 percent committed to his beloved sport of wrestling during WWE's debut on Netflix last Monday.
This caused a reaction from KSI And Tommy Furyboth of whom individually urged McGregor to contact them as Paul's replacement.
Fury said: “Conor McGregor don’t waste your time on beaten fighters.”
“Fight the man who beat them all and still has his 0. I’ll wait.”
KSI responded, “There are no rumors, I'm down,” and later added, “Let's make this a reality, Conor McGregor.”
McGregor hasn't fought since breaking his leg in a devastating MMA trilogy loss Dustin Poirier in 2021.
He was supposed to make a comeback against last year Michael Chandlerbut their highly anticipated fight was canceled after he injured his toe while sparring.
The Irishman still has two fights remaining under his contract with the UFC, but has not yet set in stone any new plans for a return to the cage.
KSI and Fury were connected deal with a rematchbut it appears they are now both focused on their pursuit of McGregor.
McGregor has only fought once in the boxing ring in one of the biggest crossover combat sports events of all time.
He challenged the undefeated superstar Floyd Mayweatherwho was 49-0 at the time and went 50-0 afterward, took part in a boxing match in which both men shared $410 million in prize money for the fight.
Mayweather pocketed the lion's share of the money for the fight, dubbed “The Money Fight,” taking home around $280 million, while McGregor collected around $130 million.
