Two-time Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz will play at Queen's in 2025.
The world number three won the Queen's Club title on his tournament debut in 2023, but lost in the second round to Britain's Jack Draper last year.
However, just a few weeks later, the Spaniard triumphed both times at Wimbledon.
“Winning the title two years ago gave me the belief that I could win Wimbledon for the first time, so it always means a lot to compete there,” said the 21-year-old.
“I love playing in front of the fans in London and hope to have another successful summer in the UK.”
The men's tournament will take place from June 16 to 22, with Queen's 2025 also hosting a women's tournament for the first time in more than 50 years.
American Tommy Paul defeated Italian Lorenzo Musetti in the final of last year's event.
