2024 WWE Bad Blood card date matches match card predictions start time rumors location

WWE is back on PPV this weekend with an entertaining event full of rivalries. Bad Blood lands in Atlanta on Saturday night with five main games.

The pay-per-view has been dormant for 20 years, but returns at the height of several deeply personal feuds. One of the main attractions will be the expected end to the rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre when they meet at Hell in a Cell. Additionally, Roman Reigns teams up with his long-time rival Cody Rhodes to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.

Elsewhere on the card, the ongoing rivalry between Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley adds a new chapter as the two face off. They've been at each other's throats ever since Dominik Mysterio left Ripley to join Morgan in an epic betrayal at SummerSlam. This time, however, Mysterio cannot help Morgan as he is trapped in a shark tank.

This feud also includes the ongoing battle between Damian Priest and his former stablemate Finn Balor. Priest, along with Ripley, were long considered the leaders of The Judgment Day before Mysterio and Balor turned against them both at SummerSlam. Balor cost Priest the world heavyweight title and Priest has been seeking revenge ever since, losing most of the numbers game to the formidable Judgment Day and its five members. Now Priest and Balor will face off, and Judgment Day will likely play a role in some way.

Take a look at the confirmed matches from WWE SummerSlam below and get a crystal ball look at what could be coming. The event will air live on Peacock on October 5th, with the main card starting at 8:00 p.m. ET.

2024 WWE Bad Blood matches

CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre (Hell in a Cell): McIntyre won her SummerSlam match and Punk responded by winning the strap match at the Bash in Berlin. Obviously, problems between the two would continue and it was only a few days before McIntyre launched an attack that sent Punk out of the arena in an ambulance. Adam Pearce then announced that McIntyre and Punk would meet in Hell in a Cell, which could be the climax of the plot.

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu): Rhodes and Reigns were bitter rivals for more than a year, competing against each other as headliners at WrestleMania 39 and WrestleMania 40. They will now work together in Reigns' first match since losing his world title to Rhodes in April. Their separate issues with the Sikoa-led version of The Bloodline led to an uneasy alliance and a tag team match against Sikoa and Fatu at Bad Blood.

Women's World Championship – Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley: Ripley has been seeking revenge against Morgan since Morgan hurt her earlier this year. This injury forced Ripley to relinquish the title, and Morgan was able to capture it not long after. Since then, Morgan Ripley has taken Mysterio and the entire Judgment Day away from Dominik Ripley, all while carrying out one sneak attack after another. Ripley finally manages to defeat Morgan again in a singles match at Bad Blood, although it is almost certain that she will face both Judgment Day members and Morgan.

Damian Priest vs Finn Balor: Like Ripley, Priest seeks revenge against the Judgment Day members who turned against him. Priest's main focus was getting his hands on Balor. He finally gets that chance at Bad Blood, but Balor has already warned Priest not to forget the Judgment Day playbook, which almost always involves outside interference.

WWE Women's Championship – Nia Jax (c) vs. Bayley: The feud between Jax and Bayley continued well beyond SummerSlam. Bayley defeated her friend Naomi in a number one contender's match on the September 27 episode of SmackDown. Bayley's victory earned her a rematch with Jax at Bad Blood.
