Bo Dallas teases more explosive things from Wyatt Sicks Itll take turns no one saw coming

The Wyatt Sicks made one of the most dramatic debuts in WWE history. Uncle Howdy and his friends were lost in the crowd's adoration after a bloodbath backstage. It was eerie and cinematic and made the late Bray Wyatt proud.

Their brutal decimation of Chad Gable and WWE personnel suggested a nightmarish takeover would follow. But Wyatt Sicks' presence on Raw was more of a recurring dream than an endless nightmare. The Wyatt Sicks had complementary storylines with the factions American Made by Gable and Final Testament by Karrion Kross. Bo Dallas – the real-life brother of the late former WWE champion Wyatt – promises there's much more to come.

“It will happen again,” Dallas told CBS Sports, explaining “Bray Wyatt” edition of WWE 2K24, which is available now. “There will be ups and downs. We will come back more explosive than ever and maintain the mood and feeling that everyone has seen. There will be changes that no one expected. I think the future is very exciting and looks very bright, very bright for the Wyatt Sicks.

The approach to presenting supernatural gimmicks like the Wyatt Sicks requires special care. These characters often function differently than typical professional wrestling archetypes that compete for money and championships. The Wyatt Sicks have more fictional accents and other intentions. Finding the balance between wrestling and character work requires a delicate touch. They want the Wyatt Sicks to wrestle enough to stay relevant, but not so much that their mystique is destroyed.

“Whenever they need to take someone out,” Dallas said when asked how often the Wyatt Sicks should wrestle. “Whenever the Wyatt Sicks deem it necessary. We can do it any day of the week if needed.”

Wyatt is the heart and soul of Wyatt Sicks. In the long term, it's important that Wyatt Sicks isn't overshadowed by his namesake. They cannot and should not separate Wyatt from the Sicks, but the group must stand on its own.

“Everything will be explained in a timely manner,” Dallas said. “You will certainly see Bray in everything we do because he is the source of ideas. But as it progresses, more ideas and my emotions and the Wyatt Sicks' emotions in everything they've been through will all be expressed out there.

“With the Wyatt Sicks, I’m not afraid or have a problem saying we don’t have to worry about going it alone. This opening part is the main tribute to Bray, and it will all work out. Everyone at the Wyatt Sicks is at the Wyatt Sicks for a reason.”

Taylor Rotunda – the man who portrays Bo Dallas and alter ego Uncle Howdy – compares Wyatt Sicks' journey to his personal grief. The grief is not linear, nor is the roadmap for his new family in front of the camera.

“I draw from real emotions and what happened in my life. What I’ve been through and what I’m going through,” Dallas said. “If I keep my brother’s legacy alive, there will be a lot of ups and downs. I approach this character in a very cathartic way about where it should go, where we all want it to go and where it probably will go…

“When I put on the Uncle Howdy mask, I had a lot of worries about coming back and doing this. 'Can I do that? Will I be able to do this without my brother?' As soon as the music hits and I hear the crowd, it's unlike anything else I've fought in 16 years. I'm Uncle Howdy, when I have this mask on To talk to me, you can't call me Taylor or Bo. I'm Uncle Howdy and I believe it.

Multiple world champion Wyatt, 36, died a heart attack caused by a COVID-19 infection on August 24, 2023, after to professional wrestling journalist Sean Ross Sapp. He became ill in January after defeating LA Knight in his last appearance at the Royal Rumble.

Wyatt returned to WWE in September 2022 after being released by the promotion. Dallas, who was also released, joined him under the alter ego of Uncle Howdy. It was the first time the brothers appeared together on the WWE main roster. A dream come true for Dallas and Wyatt, lifelong horror fanatics who grew up in the celebrated Rotunda-Windham wrestling dynasty.

“We've been waiting our entire professional lives to do these ideas, so we were excited like little kids who had never done this before,” Dallas said. “We called each other at three in the morning and brought new ideas. We had so many ideas in the short months we worked together. I thought I had missed this opportunity when he died. I thought that went away and was taken from me.” Me.”

The Wyatt Sicks keep Dallas and Wyatt's dream alive. Wyatt's unbridled imagination extends beyond his days on Earth and is not limited to Monday Night Raw. WWE 2K24's Bray Wyatt bundle includes a new design of Wyatt's “The Fiend” mask, which didn't make it to TV. The mask, first shown in the documentary Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal, can be used by players in the game.

“To have it come out in 2K so that people can see what Windham’s idea was and see it come to life, that’s what’s driving me,” Dallas said. “It's unbelievable. It means everything to me and I know it means everything to him.”

“He's up there watching and loving it. I'm so grateful to WWE for giving me the opportunity and platform to keep my brother's legacy alive. It’s incredible.”
