Miami's offense could have been worse, but it wasn't enough to keep the Dolphins in the game.

Tagovailoa had a strong day, but that was about all that went well for Miami. He recorded 37 completions on 46 attempts for 365 yards and two touchdowns, including 10 completions to tight end Jonnu Smith for 113 yards. wide receiver Tyreek Hill also had six catches for 83 yards and a touchdown.

The running game, on the other hand, was terrible. Raheem Mostert had a rush of 12 yards and De'Von Achane had a best of 13 yards. Still, Mostert finished the day with five carries for 19 yards and Achane managed just 14 yards on seven attempts.

Miami's 17-point win just wasn't good enough. The team moved the ball at times, but if they can't convert yards into points, it doesn't matter.
