WWE ID prospect announced at Chaotic Wrestling event

A member of the Chaotic Wrestling roster has joined the WWE ID program.

At Friday night's Chaotic Wrestling: Breaking Point event in Andover, Massachusetts, Ricky Smokes became the fourteenth indie talent to be announced as a WWE ID candidate.

The 24-year-old Smokes has been a professional for five years and, according to his Cagematch profile, has worked almost exclusively in indies in the New England region since joining.

“Smokes” is the first of three potential reveals planned for this weekend, with two more to follow on Sunday. The WWE ID program is similar to the WWE NIL program in that talents who sign receive financial support and access to WWE training resources, but do not have a full-time contract with the promotion.
