This is his last highlight. He then ended up on the highlight reels of multiple other fighters.
Silva was too good for his own good in that fight, bear with me…
He was training his boxing in Freddie Roach's Wild Card gym, sparring pro's leading up to this fight. A good pro boxer typically woulda looked to come back with a left hook to body or head or left uppercut uppercut after the right cross, maybe he mighta doubled the right cross. Weidman, however, wasnt a good pro boxer & caught him with a novice boxing "mistake", which everyone who has ever sparred has made at one point.
Weidman missed with the right cross n came back with a back hand right in frustration, something every novice does. Its illegal in boxing, however in this case it made Silva move twice instead of once to dodge what was coming after the right cross & as such he was outa position & totally exposed. Silva was in "Flow State".
Sometimes, heart & determination wins over silky smooth skills, it was Weidmans night.

Keep your head on a seivel, 13 1/2 years ago. Are they really trying to hype up the Weidman fight on this ridulously slim card? The kids behind the scenes these days keep posting these "remember when" hype clips as if they were yesterday or have any relevance to the upcoming fight except respect to the fighter which Weidman def. deserves.
