So basically if you are Schumi (Nurburgring ‘03) you are allowed outside interference. Or Hamilton (Nurburgring ‘07) the same. But poor Hulk….

Sometimes drivers forget in the excitement of the race. I remember Williams racing engineer reminding Albon not to let the marshals touch his car as he tried to get rid of something that had been accidentally left on his car. That was a helpful warning ⚠️⚠️

Technicality
I’m with the general consensus here, he shouldn’t have been dq’d and even more so considering there is discretion in the rules with “may be dq’d”. He didn’t gain any advantage and I didn’t see anything unsafe about it. Common sense has completely left earth. I wonder if it will ever come back?
