Rams vs. Eagles injury report: Updates from Thursday’s practice

After a walk-through on Wednesday, the Rams completed a normal practice on Thursday in preparation for this weekend's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. It was an important day for several injured players on the Los Angeles side, including Rob Havenstein.

Havenstein was one of four players whose participation levels improved after Wednesday's bye. Havenstein went from DNP to Limited, while three others went from Limited to Full.

On the Eagles side, two players missed practice, including DeVonta Smith. Two others were limited, and Jalen Hurts was upgraded to full participation, so he's certain to play this weekend.

Update on Rob Havenstein's injury

Havenstein was upgraded to limited on Thursday after he was deemed a non-participant in Wednesday's search. That's a good sign for the Rams' right tackle, but he's not sure if he'll play yet.

Cobie Durant injury update

Durant was also upgraded from Limited to Full. There are no real concerns about his chances of playing on Sunday.

Update on Joe Noteboom's injury

Noteboom was in full action on Thursday after missing last week's game. If Havenstein is out, it's still likely the Rams will use Warren McClendon Jr. in place of Noteboom.

Kevin Dotson injury update

Since Dotson missed practice due to illness, it is uncertain what his status will be for Sunday's game. Sean McVay will provide an update on Friday.

DeVonta Smith injury update

Smith has now missed two training sessions in a row due to a hamstring injury, putting his eligibility for this week's game in doubt. It seems possible that the Eagles will be without their No. 2 receiver on Sunday night, which would be a big loss.
