Only two tournaments separate players from the offseason, as the 2024 Bermuda Championship is the penultimate event of the 2024 PGA Tour campaign. The PGA Tour is traveling to Bermuda for the sixth consecutive year this season. This year's tournament will feature those vying for spots in major events and those looking to maintain their full-time status on the PGA Tour.
Presidents Cup competitor and Aon Next 10 leader Mackenzie Hughes headlines the action as the Canadian looks for his first win in more than a year. Having already achieved two top-10 finishes this fall, Hughes hopes to move not only into the winner's circle but also into the top 50 of the Official World golf Ranking by year's end, which will earn him an invitation to the 2025 Masters would.
Hughes is joined by Maverick McNealy, Seamus Power, Patrick Rodgers, Nick Taylor, Ben Griffin and Kevin Yu as players ranked in the FedEx Cup top 60 with two events remaining. Taylor and Yu are among a number of players who have already won this season, as are Nico Echavarria and Jhonattan Vegas, who are just outside the Aon Next 10.
Cruising through the FedEx Cup standings gets even more sweaty as Alex Smalley, Joel Dahmen and Daniel Berger check in just inside the top 125 barrier that secures full-time status. They will need strong finishes to the season to maintain their position.

- Seamus Power (16-1)
- Mackenzie Hughes (16-1): He's safe for the first two signature events of the season, but Hughes is trying to punch his ticket to arguably the biggest tournament of the year, the Masters. The 33-year-old, known for his short game, has made strides with his approach game in recent appearances, which has led to top-notch results not only on the PGA Tour but also at various stages of the Presidents Cup. If he handles the ball well, he should have a shot at his third PGA Tour title.

- Ben Griffin (20-1): It's only a matter of time for Griffin as he was able to compete again last weekend, only to fall off the pace with an above-average lap on Sunday. The main cause of his deficiencies was the driver, but improvements were made this fall, posting positive tee numbers in four consecutive events. He is making his third start at the Bermuda Championship, the site of his first competitive round of 2022.
- Patrick Rodgers (20-1)
- Justin Lower (20-1): Lower secured his PGA Tour card thanks to a second-place finish at the World Wide Technology Championship, but is still looking for his first career win. After blowing a 54-hole lead in Mexico, the 35-year-old is expected to get back in the saddle in Bermuda this week. In three trips, Lower had three top-20 finishes, including a T8 finish a few seasons ago.
- Sam Stevens (25-1)
- Lucas Glover (25-1): The 44-year-old is just outside the top 50 in the OWGR but outside the top 60 in the FedEx Cup. Glover still has a ways to go and should improve on his last two trips to Bermuda, where he failed to finish in the top 20. So far this fall, the five-time PGA Tour winner has been brilliant, posting four top-25 finishes in four starts, including two podium finishes at the Sanderson Farms Championship and the Black Desert Championship.
- Andrew Novak (28-1)
- Matti Schmid (28-1): The convergence of recent form and price history could mean Schmid surprises a few people this week. Before missing the cut in Cabo, the 26-year-old was in top form, posting back-to-back top-five finishes at the Black Desert Championship and the Shriners Children's Open. Schmid is a great driver and putter of the golf ball and should thrive again at the Port Royal Golf Course, where he finished alone in third place last season given the many wedge options available to players.
