I'm not sure how under the radar Alec Pierce is right now, but Patriots fans should know him. With Richardson at quarterback, Pierce has become one of the most productive downfield receivers in football this season. He enters Week 13 ranked third in receptions of 20 or more yards and is second in receiving yards on those throws.
On defense, I'm picking second-year cornerback Jaylon Jones. He still gave up some big plays as a young player, but overall he made a lot of progress in his second year. Jones has been particularly good with the ball this season, leading the team in pass breakups with nine, interceptions with two and forced incompletions with 10, according to PFF. When targeted by opposing quarterbacks, his passer rating is just 84.6.
