Former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was recently defeated by a high school quarterback in a throwing challenge.
The NFL legend competed against Jake Balanovich from Cyprus Bay High School in Florida. This was part of a YouTube challenge suggested by .
The challenge was to throw soccer balls at balloons. The balloons Brady threw were smaller to create an even level of competition. Balanovich was the first to pop all his balloons and ended up taking home the $100,000 prize.
Accuracy isn't exactly an issue for the high school quarterback. In his high school season, he completed 106 of 175 passes for 1,551 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Not every high school quarterback can say they beat Tom Brady at anything. This is a significant accomplishment for Balanovich and an addition to his proverbial belt, not just for his high school season, but for the rest of his life.
