Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Owens are now in the same conversation.
In fact, Jeudy broke an Owens record with his massive 235-yard burst against the Denver Broncos under the lights of Monday Night Football. These 235 yards are the longest in a game against a player’s former team in NFL history.
Owens before for the Dallas Cowboys against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles. That mark was set by the Hall of Famer in 2008, and now Jeudy has surpassed that mark with his performance.
Meanwhile, Jeudy is at 880 receiving yards this season and is on pace for his first career 1,000-yard receiving season in his first year with the Browns. He makes the decision to get ahead of his market and expand early to look like a smart guy.
