The job security of Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Berry continues to be a hot topic.
Last week, however, ESPN that their seats were cold. Now Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer has taken a similar stance in his latest Mailbag.
Answering a question about job security under the current regime in Berea, Breer This lines up with what Schefter had to say last week:
“…the plan is to stick with Andrew Berry and Kevin Stefanski, who were just extended through 2025. The Haslams have been looking for the right fit since purchasing the team in 2012. You feel like you've found it. I internally agree with their stance that a season of terrible circumstances should not cause panic and utter turmoil.”
Like it or not, Berry and Stefanski are here to stay beyond the 2024 season. But beyond 2025? After a reload break in the off-season, they need to get back into gear.
